One bit of feedback is about the platform. Substack just isn't user-friendly. Ever time I go to comment, it prompts me to log in again (even though my profile pic is showing, which would suggest that it knows who I am). Then I have to return to the post and click on the comment button again before I can type a comment. Lots of friction.
That is very interesting and good feedback to have. I wonder if there's a bug somewhere. I also comment on other Substackers' posts and I'm never prompted to log in again. The "Comment" button just leads me straight to the comment section of the post I want to comment on. I'll see if I can pass this onto Substack's engineers, see if there's a fix.
